1. Overview

Math41 provides an interactive platform for learning, teaching, and publishing in various subjects, including mathematics, programming, language arts, science, and social studies. Our platform allows users to create and publish content using the Math41 editor, which supports TeX, Python, and our own developed tool, Data Canvas.

2. User Roles and Responsibilities

• Teacher: create and publish exams/assignments, review results, and share slides.
• Parents: access their child’s test results and teacher reports.
• Students: study tutorials, solve problems, and take assigned tests.
• Authors: create problems, request validation, and manage content.
• All Users: discuss via messaging and use support chat.

3. Content Ownership, Permissions, and Copyright

1. Users retain ownership of content they create.
2. Authors may grant publish/update/fork/translate permissions.
3. Authors request validation before public release.
4. Content can be public or private, controlled by authors.
5. Original authors keep copyright ownership.
6. Only original authors control deletion and primary visibility rights.

4. Prohibited Content and Behavior

• Inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content.
• Spamming or flooding with irrelevant content.
• Unauthorized copying/reuse of Math41 data or content.
• Misuse of platform tools/services.
